BRANCH MANAGER (MAKATI)

Branch Manager is responsible in ensuring all employees handle their clients’ activities in an accurate, unbiased, and profitable way, following high ethical standards when performing financial transactions, ensuring that employees comply with current Banking regulations and internal procedures, providing guidance, counselling, and consultation to employees in order to guarantee customer satisfaction, monitoring budgets and ensuring sales targets are met, motivating staff to achieve objectives, meeting with customers to solve issues or complaints and monitoring their feedback, developing relationships with the community and other businesses, communicating with colleagues of other branch offices, keeping detailed computerized records and reporting all of the branch office operations and activities, including employee performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience with cars or car accessories

ACCOUNT SALES EXECUTIVE (MAKATI)

Sales Executive is responsible for assisting and attending client’s needs proactively, providing customers with product information that they need, explaining product features and warranty agreements, demonstrating the product, if required, monitoring, maintaining and scheduling customer appointments with sales personnel, preparing sales reports on a periodic basis, attending/ participating in car shows or any related events for the company’s promotion, reserving products for online orders, and also ensuring that all products are well stocked and are easy to reach.

Car Tint Installer is responsible for installing tints on customers automobiles, conducting of standard operating procedure (checklist) before and after installation, Takes off window tint (scraping), if needed, removing of dirt and debris from the windows and windshield, and apply primer before starting every tint job, choosing the right tools, equipment and parts necessary to complete a job, ensuring that the customers receive the highest level of customer service at all times, and maintaining proper housekeeping in tint room.

Car Accessories Installer is mainly responsible for installation of automobile accessories, such as radios, antennas, safety seat belts, seat covers, or special clamps, mirrors, etc., drilling and tapping holes, assembles and fits accessories to automobile, and tightens bolts and clamps, Conducting of standard operating procedure (checklist) before and after installation, ensuring that the customers receive the highest level of customer service at all times and following work related instructions from the Team Leader/Store Supervisor/Branch Manager.
